Receive an email when your account statements and notices are ready to view.

Sign up for email notification. We’ll stop sending your statements and notices in the regular mail. It’s less paper to manage and can be more secure! 

 

We’ve made it easy for you to see how this service works!

If you’re already signed up for online banking, then your statements and notices are already available under the Documents tab in online banking. You can view, print, or save your electronic statements and notices!

  1. Log into online banking using your Access ID and Password (Online Banking Login)

  2. Click on the Document tab from any account screen

  3. To see an electronic version of your checking statement, choose your checking account and choose Checking Statement from the Document Type dropdown menu, select a date range, and click submit.

  4. Click to print or save an electronic copy of your statement. Statements and notices are available for 18 months.

Two ways you can sign up to receive an email reminder instead of the physical mailing…

Remember that you have to be signed up for online banking to see your statements and notices online.

  • Sign up within online banking. From within online banking, choose the Options tab. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You’ll see an eStatement Enrollment Header. Click on “Edit” and a prompt will appear. You simply check the accounts you want to enroll, confirm your email address, read the MCSB Electronic Document User Agreement and Disclosure, and click Accept.
  • Sign-up using a form. Print and complete the MCSB Electronic Document Enrollment Form and drop it by the bank. We’ll send you an email to confirm that you can view your statements online. After you reply to the email, we will get your accounts set up for email notification of your eStatements & eNotices.

 

Need to sign up for online banking? Print and complete the QuickBank Online Banking Enrollment form and drop it by the bank. Once your online banking setup is complete and you sign into online banking, you will receive a prompt asking you to sign up for email notification. Getting signed up is simple!
